12/15 sim card space in single sim

Is this available in Doha or does anyone have any idea from where to get this as I have almost 12 to 15 sims & I cant take all the sims / cells together. Need to use all but through a single phone.

I already have a dual sim from Chinese company but I have heard we can have more than 12 to 15 in one sim card too.
