Finding a job in VM, social networking...

Hi
New to the Forum, my husband has just accepted a job out in Qatar and will be moving out in 2 months. I am staying at home until he gets settled etc.
I am concerned that I will not get a job in my field over in Qatar as a Visual Merchandise Manager I currently work for a really good company in the UK. I have done web searches and nothing has come up for senior roles in my field.
With my husbands salary I do not need to work but I enjoy what I do for a living and I am very career driven, my concern is when moving out to Qatar I will not be able find a suitable job can anyone point me in the right direction?
We currently don’t have any children, so when I do come out and if don’t find work initially am I going to go out of my mind with boredom? Is there good social networking in Qatar or can it be quiet lonely if you don’t have kids etc?

Advice welcome
Thank you V :-)

There's plenty to do here, with your hubby's big salary...go hit the malls, buy those expensive shoes and hand bags you've always wanted. Drink coffee, smoke sheesha, do more shopping, go to the movies, go drink more coffee, oh look more shoes! :P

Good Fortune always comes knocking at your door...when you are sh*tting in the toilet!! :)
