A Query from a immigration expert in Qatar.

I m an Indian citizen, came to Qatar on a visit visa sponsored by my spouse. Graphic Analyst from Knowledge Process outsourcing (KPO)sector company. I tried for many companies, for a job. I have good experience. But unfortunately I m not getting any response from any of the employer in Qatar. Can anyone guide me to get a "work permit" or "continue my stay in Qatar" as my visa is going to expire by May 2010.

Is this because financial crisis or some other reason.
