Hello

Could anyone help me to clarify about my visa issues

Last 1 year and six month I am in Qatar. My sponsor ship is in a trading company .I work there for 1 year but the company didn't give correct support more than my 4 month salary pending and have no transportation .so I decide to leave company .Me and sponsor discuss together they agree to give visa change without moving from Qatar. I leave my pending salary and give some more QR as a visa fee. Then I resign my job and try to get another good one. I got a good job and I ask my parent company to sign the visa change contracts to my current company .At that time sponsor inform me move back to old firm or else they will cancel my visa

One this case can I do any legal action against my sparser ship

I didn’t sign any salary slip

Salary mention in contract is higher than my effective salary

I don’t have any proof for the cash deal But I have some e-mail I received from sponsor regards the cash deals (almost 20000qr I give for visa fee /8000 salary pending and additional 12000)

So awaiting for replay

If you would like to explain your case to labor department about your company just have short visit to Labor department in their building and submit your concern and for sure you will get a good solution and positive result.
