Finally depens on embassy and immigration in US too, even they can send back from US airport, if not satisfied with person answers.
Two points your have to prove
- You have enough funds for the whole trip
- You have strong reason to come back.
Company you work on and designation also matter. Go to embassy website and fill the paperwork.

PS: I dont see any problem for an Indian getting a US Visit Visa from Doha.
