Can i go to the labour court if my company doesnt give me a release?
I came to Qatar on a permanent visa paying QR 17000/- but havent stamped in the passport.I joined a Company which initially gave me a 3 months visit visa and later changed into their permanent visa.I have been working there for almost 2 years. Now all of a sudden the company has given me a termination letter. What am i supposed to do now?.Is there a law saying that the company must give release because it had been a local hire? Are there any chances that i approach the court and file for a release?Or is there any other option?Kindly respond.
The employer reserve the right to grant/deny release. Labour department will not accept your complaint.
THERE WILL NOTHING POSITIVE EVEN YOU GO TO LABOUR COURT,
LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS.....
why don't u listen to this marvellox and get more screwed.
labour court will not even look into the case.
NOC is not an employee right, so u can't force the company to release u.
talk to them nicely or get ready to go home.
sry i don't think so u must have the approved from ur company .just try to explain to them that u have good chance to do in ur life and u don't want to loose this and i hope they will help u !!!!!good Luke ;)
No, the NOC is solely at the discretion of the employer. If he fired you he isn't too likely to give you an NOC. And you probably shouldn't advertize too widely that you bought your original visa. That's illegal.
Sorry for that
the law is with the company in this case it is not there fault if u paid 17000 for visa they are not the one who take that from u
u work for them and they give u all your rights and benefits in the company so nothing to court theme for
even if u go to the court and said that u paid 17000 for the first visa they do not know that, u are the one who take the risk for that
