Traffic Camera
A man was driving when he saw the flash of a traffic camera. He figured that his picture had been taken for exceeding the limit, even though he knew that he was not speeding.
Just to be sure, he went around the block and passed the same spot, driving even more slowly, but again the camera flashed.
Now he began to think that this was quite funny, so he drove even slower as he passed the area again, but the traffic camera again flashed.
He tried a fourth time with the same result.
He did this a fifth time and was now laughing when the camera flashed as he rolled past, this time at a snail's pace.
Two weeks later, he got five tickets in the mail for driving without a seat belt.

here policemen generally do not carry a camera with them.
In UAE you can see it mounter on their vehicles. The idea is yet to catch up here.

Policemen at signals/corniche R/A, patrolling and fines for not wearing seatbelts for both front seats!
camera was focussing only on the drivers seatbelt not the person sitting next to the driver.
Too bad there was only one camera. else the person sitting next would also have been caught.

I saw camera flashed three times on my car.....twice at the traffic signals waiting for green lights and once when the next lane car running above the speed limit :D

speeding or not wearing seat belt?
i used to have a similar camera on my way to work a few years ago. every driver would lower their speed while passing by the camera. once i was so preoccupied with something that i completely forgot about the camera, hence forgot to lower my speed. when i got to my work i was pretty sure that the city had removed the camera.. well, on my way back home i noticed that the camera was still there and as expected ,i got my warning for slightly crossing the speed, with my photo in the mail a few days later.. luckily it was just a warning not a ticket..
