Family Visa

Dear Friends,

My company is asking for Rental Contract, Bank Statement (6 months) for Family visa. I just wanted to know
1. whether rental contract should contain my name for family visa application. I have recently rented one shared Villa.
2. How to submit Bank Statement as my Salary is remmited to India directly from my head office in Korea. However my Salary is more than the required limit of 7000Qr.

I will highly appreciate your helpful suggestion.
