is it rated according to performance of teachers and management or

because of high tuition fees or

because only the elite can afford or

because it is manage and owned by foreigners or

Good teachers are expensive. Crap teachers are cheap. Good teachers means high tuition fees. Got it?

arnel I really think that you should quit this job. This attitude will not do any good for your students.

Arnel, your obsession with what everyone else in Qatar is earing seems to be a recurring theme. I would only concern myself with the contract I was required to fulfill. What others earn is not your business. Either your qualifications or your negotiation skills are inferior and you just wont face the facts. If you're not happy with your salary, walk away.
