I was told that there is a shop here that sells things like bakers biscuits e.t.c. Please let me know if anybody has been there and how are the prices and location.
Shaziah, let me suggest that you get used to what's available locally. A lot of SA stuff is available at Mega Mart in The Centre (mostly at a price though) and there is or was a lady somewhere in Mamoura or Salwa Road with a shop. From what I heard it was somewhat of a rip off. If you want a piece of biltong or boerewors (authentic stuff) let me know by PM and maybe I can arrange. I'm a plaasjapie so I make my own. But apart from that and the Braaipap that we bring in periodically, I have just adjusted to the local market. It's far less stressful, believe me.
