I am not sure what kind of services are needed for your kid but I will assume that he must have an IEP for him that must have behavior, educational and other goals. You have also not mentioned that, is he attending age appropriate class ?. If you provide some details about his needs I can comment. I have a 5 year old whom I have to send back to Canada as I was not able to get any appropriate services. Qatar is still in DARK AGE as far as special needs is concerned. "Shafaullah Center" is nothing but a poster child and mostly for Arab Kids. Getting admission in it is none to impossible.

Very difficult to find a school place in Qatar. Depends on his needs, but I suggest you investigate available school places before moving.
