X6 over any Music phone….anyday!!
Recently bought a Nokia X6, outcome of quite a lot market research & reference study…lolzzzz
Being here in Qatar for the last 2 yrs have been a joyride…wished 2 buy a mobile which suits my habitat thoroughly…
My idea was 2 have unlimited music, great pictures, cool looks & easy sharing facilities from my gizmo…
I almost narrowed down on the Iphone when a friend suggested Nokia X6….
A few hours of internet reference…a few calls to the customer support (call center) and it changed my mind completely...I bought a Nokia X6…I mean why not??
A complete music phone plus Nokia’s own Music store to download unlimited music on to my X6 9free for 1 whole year)…and if that wasn’t enough…digital speakers which means unlike Iphone I can njy earphone less music too..
5MP camera, Carl Zeins, double LED flash, 16 million colors, capacitive touch screen…blah blah…lolzzz….. I mean features that give Iphone a run for their money any day….
With my cool new X6 I can record & click even in the dark (supports light with video rcrdin too…) and whats mre…add some cool internet package from Vodafone or Qtel & share/ upload everything direct from the device to all cool socio-friendly sites…like fb, twitter, orkut…etc etc…
It also gives me an edge with its FREE NAVIGATION package…it has tons of superb software’s & program to be explored like weather updates, lonely planets and endless stuff backed by Nokia ovi stores….
Its been a week only since I started exploring my new mate…but seems I am already in live with it…I am literally sleeping on it…lolzzz
Ppl always say SE has good sound quality.... dats why i was using K790i... But man any day the music on any Xpress music device is not bad compared to ne SE walkman series.... what Nokia adds u in their music phones are the universal plug out (3.5mm jack) which i can attach to any speaker at any point of time... nd becoz of the digital sound chip in the device, the sound quality never goes down, even if i play it on speaker or on headphones...

actually i love music, picutres and graphics the sound quality picture quality and graphics from sony is much better than nokia thats what i found in SE.
YAH NOKIA indeed has a lot of services compared to SE it has the OVI which is very good but i would like to purchase thing and use which are very unique and different

** Asif... Nice purchase man... I had been a sony guy but seriously when i entered a professional arena i found Nokia as answer to all my needs....
for example, wat nokia offers is all in one.... i can access my mails, to be precise Push mails... I can access my laptop from my device when i am out of office... store huge amount of songs... 16 GB man... nd due to my travelling the free navigation is going to be my tour operator...
yeah i agree about the touch in earlier devices but this device they have improved like hell....
no but i liked the E72 its function is almost similar to BB
dude...ths is the 1st tym Nokia has a capacitive touch screen thogh...and moreova..mobile usage altogether is harmful and blah blah...so whts vit the stress on fingures i guess...lolzzz
but ya...ths touch screen i guess wurks gud till now....

i love these one and would prefer over touchscreen nokia phones
frankly speaking nokia is known for its ruggedness and durability but i am against the so called "touchscreen" thing as it puts a lot of stress on the fingers and gets spoiled easily i was going fro xpress music which offered best features for cheaper price but my friends told me the touchscreen dies easily and he had to change it twice.

but for comparisoon sake - X6 gives u a larger screen, touch (capacitive, auto rotate etc...
it cums vit internal 16Gb memory...128mb ram
video lights n blah blah
& i suppose the price is quite compititive 2...

@ omy heart shape - agree...have been a Iphone fan for long...infact have an ipod too..but talk abt appli's and nokia has ovi & for X6 alone...they have a freakin website for loads of music n applis...chk it out...

Thats because apple has to offer so many apps to make up for an inferior product. thats why every few months they have a new version. Apple users are gullible but faithful.
you can't compare x6 with iphone. How many aftermarket applications are there for x6 ? Check iphone app market and there are thousands of applications
