I am currently working in Qatar under a sponsorship of agency's VISA-working visa- but my sponsor will not give me NOC after my completion of two years which will be on this year. I want to buy my own visa after I finished my contract with them, so I can find another job, but my problem is, can I acquire or buy my own visa without having an NOC with my present employer? Or if not, Can I still work and come back in Qatar without a banned of two years even if I will finish my two years contract? Please suggest.

whatever you say is

wrong

can not be done

illegal

choose one as your answer..

no NOC

come back after 2 years and try to find a legal way (with a sponsor who is providing you with the visa)

do not go a buy your visa... this is modern slavery

there are many other options and countries you can work for the next few years
