Hi guys,
My friend applied for change of sponsor from her company to husband and the company give herNOC and is in labour department for approval. Now the problem is she has to resign from her company immediately, she is pregnant and has health problems. My question is, can the company cancel her visa after she resigns since her sponsor change is still in the process. Thankyou

buna first of all

second, NO, as long her papers are under process in the Labour Dept., then the company they will never be able to stop it or cancel her RP.

they can stop it only in one case, if they raised a legal case against her either in the court or the Public Prosecution and if she did a big legal matters, otherwise things should be fine for her.
