By Straight Arrow

Let us start the competition by typing a saying from your country or culture and explain it.
Each one is allowed to put one saying and two as maximum.
I shall start:
1. Any jar or cup shows what is inside it.
This means that the good person will always show good things and you will hear good things from him/her, on the contrary a bad person will always show bad things and you will only hear bad things from him/her.
