Now there are one question and two answers, both answers are correct but for differnt purpose. The first one is for getting for PCC from Indian Embassy to get the visa stamped. The second one is the clearance from labour ministry hear in qatar for getting a new job or that sort , but you have the visa already stamped.
You need a letter addressing the CEID from the company/department you are going to join. Get a form from CEID and fill it up. Get a Clearance Certificate from your embassy and attest it from Qatar's Foreign Office. Submit both alongwith a recent picture & the Passport Copy with the CEID and they'll issue you the Clearance Certificate after 10 Working Days. Only your new employer's PRO/Mandoob will be eligible to collect it from them.
Go to the Indian embassy. Submit the application for PCC along with the copies of Passport. Keep the original Passport with you. They may ask the original for verification. Or
Contact ICC, they will do all these for you for QR50.00

Is that a new procedure? I've done one 1.5 years ago with the application form and the copies of passport.
