frustration or plain ranting

Travelling from civil defense R/A going to Qatar Sport Club, you'll notice the on-going demolition at the right side of the highway. Observing closely, the villas being demolished are not old or dilapidated ones but newly-constructed and I would presumed expensive villas (by it's looks).

Is Qatar really that rich that it could afford to throw away such money? Just thinking the other poor countries and its people...........

Ahhhhh, I'm just venting my POV! What a waste!

were used (even for a short period) but the structures I am referring to are new ones. Really, what a waste of money which can be allocated for a more beneficial cause!
