The monthly payments for a loan of 120,000 QAR to be paid off in 3 years are 3,900 QAR per month. You will be much better off if you buy a brand which is easy to sell at the end of your contract, before you leave (such as Nissan and Toyota). We did the same. The other thing is to advertise around 3 months before you leave so that you are not pressured into dropping your asking price. If you leave it to the last minute you will find a lot of 'opportunists' calling you offering well below what the vehicle is worth.

Insurance - Fully compreensive with passengers - around QAR 4,000 per year. You will have to have fully compreensive insurance if you purchase a vehicle on loan basis.

Registration - QAR 100 per year.

Inspections only start once the car completes 3 years.

Hope that helps! :)

Never rent for long term use.Resale value after 2 years is good if you sell.

buying is much better than renting as u would pay more than 1000 per month for renting the car its better u can take a car from loan and pay that to the bank

If you buy it at the end of the day you will have a car of your own.

If you rent one you will be paying around 2500-3000 every month and at the end NOTHING.
