Looking to get PSP fixed

Hey, I have a bricked 2001(Slim) model PSP, and I want to get it either a) flashed or b) unbricked and have CFW 5.50-GEND3 installed onto it. Is it possible? If that's not possible, where can I find a place to buy a pandora battery in Qatar? I don't want to have to buy one from the US and have it shipped all the way to Qatar. Please reply ASAP.
