I assume the 10,000 is only your basic salary, and allowances come on top of this (so your total package would be around 20,000, right?). If that's the case, then your package is good.
I think its Great....but it depends on your life style. If u get a house in here then it saves u some good amount so u can easily spend on other stuff as food, school for 1 kid, bills, get a decent car from bank as well..so its good I think.
