Fifa 2010 on Mozaic

I have tried searching for related topics on this site already so please don't give me that.

just for your information, I have already inquired in a QTEL outlet to get responded with a head nodding as a 'yes' i guess.

so here i am trying to release my confusion with one basic query:

DO I GET TO WATCH FIFA 2010 ON MOZAIC TV PLUS & HOW?

thats the problem queen... i just realized i do not have a card slot in my receiver.... i went back to check with QTEL and confirmed that the Jazeera sports 9 & 10 will be showing the tournament but QTEL is still awaiting Jazeera's decision to allow them to broadcast it.

now there is a new confusion.. whether to wait and see if QTEL gets it or simply go get a new receiver with the card.?

Dee...

Mozaic signals are transmitted over telephone lines, there's no satellite transmissions involved.

if you have got a receiver in which you can insert a card in it, then call this number: 4353565 (multitech) get the address and they are selling the jazeera cards 6 months subscription/qr 480.00 and 1 year subscription/qr 685.00

im sure of this coz its part of what i do

Interesting to see in that wiki list, the vast majority of the countries have free-to-air broadcasters showing the tournament.... except for this supposedly football mad region

The Mozaic website shows +9 and +10 channels (the ones that'll be showing the world cup) available under the Al Jazeera package... I think you'll have to pay an extra fee to get these channels though....

That Wiki list doesn't include Qatar.

Will showtime be showing it as well as Al Jazeera?

Al Jazeera sports will be showing the tournament. You can get that via mozaic.

Complete list of broadcasters.

I saw a stand in GIANT stores in Hyatt Plaza, with a person sat next to the TV at a desk selling subscriptions.
