I have a Question I am going to rent a new house in Gharafa, Direct link with Landlord. I gave him this month rent and he told me he will make contract in Municipality (Baldiya) it is a new rule and it will cost me 700-1000Qr, can someone please answer me. Is it ture and how many days he will take?

Rent agreements must be documented. Expense incurred in executing one is to the account of the lessor (landlord).

Suggest, you ask him that on your part its expense rent, on the other hand, his part (landlord) is revenue. Therefore, it is reasonable for him to shoulder this cost.
