To get more accurate answers, consider describing what kind of website you want to build.

There are many sites in the web that can really help you build your own sites. I suggest you should use web hosting sites like, www.joomla.com or www.drupal.com. But if you want to know what are the top ranking web hosting sites, you should try www.freewebsitemaker.co.uk, they have the list of all top ranking sites plus their Pros and Cons.

Why spend time and money to create and manage websites when there are many Qatar related social networking sites like QL and ILQ where you can upload tons of pictures...there might be similar arabic social networks too...

For a few sum they might even open a separate section for you...

If you have Qtel ADSL internet service, you can start by requesting your own domain from Qtel (via your account page). It's free, and you get something that most other services don't give you - a truly personal domain (for example, mine is http://2010indoha.name.qa/).

In my opinion this is better than something like http://www.wix.com/2010indoha/

Then you use any html-capable software to build your website. There are tons of choices. If you have a Mac then the built-in iWeb is a great tool. But even MS Word can let you build webpages.

Hi try www.wix.com or even use google sites.

You don't need to know any programming and it is very easy.
