My tv has VGA "service only" port. But I can't connect vga – vga cable from pc – tv because it says No signal on tv. Do you have any ideas about this problem or how to reach service menu on LG TV LF 15 SERIES? Please help.

you have to configure your laptop for the dual display in the graphics properties in order for it to work.

Connect the cable VGA to the left side back corner of the laptop.

Next connect it to the TV VGA. Now on the TV remote select PC.

Make sure both the laptop and TV are powered on.

Now you will press the Function key and the ( lower left by ALT and Ctrl ) while you are pressing this you also press the F5 or F8 it will have a monitor looking identifier on it in light blue, this will switch between Laptop LCD, VGA out, and Both on.

Did you select the tv as the monitor on your PC?

change your screen resolution of NGA from your computer. then connect your tv to pc. Hope it will work. I have samsung 3 series 32". For TV, I used to set it to 1024 x 786 pixels.
