first go to arabic translation of your n.b.i clearance,then proceed to phil. emb. bring n.b.i authenticated with ribbon pay 100 riyal(very cheap noh) for stamping,next mofa stamping again,then qatar chamber of commerce for stamping of your nbi arabic translation,,and after that the last is c.i.d get the form and finish...i hope it's help
