I have been working in a private company since last 5 years. my salery was Qr.900 & last few month im getting Qr.2750 per monthly salery. If i now resighn my job how much i will get my gratuity?

If you work 5 years + , you get 40 days of basic salary as end of benefits . If less than 5 years , you get 30 days of basic salary . If less than 2 years , 21 says

Soniya, not all months have 30 days, therefore: you calculate daily salary based on 365 days in a year,
Calculation of gratuity:
(Basic Salary Per Month)/ 365(number of days in a year) x 12months x 21 Days = 1 Year Gratuity.
What's your basic salary??? (you've not said it clearly)
Suppose your basic salary is QR 900(For an example), then calculation will be:
900/365*12*21 = 29.5*21 = QR 621.36 for 1 yr.
So for 5yrs, it will be 621.36*5 = QR 3106.84
21 days basic salary is your Gratuity if you have above one year service

You will get 21days per year x 5 = 105 days.
Your gratuity amount will be calculated on your current basic salary.
Therefore just multiply your current basic into 105 days and your problem is solved.
Your end of service benefit will be calculate based on your current basic salary.
