You are confusing two things here.

"Family visit visa" means visa for visit only which is initially for one month but can be extended upto 6 months in total. For this 4500 is enough.

But "Family visa/Husband sponsorship" means residence visa for which you need 7500QAR.

First decide which is the one you are talking about.

it made me confuse, i heard also for family visit visa which can be extended monthly til 6 months requires only 4500 for the salary and for husband sponsorship requires 7500,is it true?

Yes the person who wants bring his family has to have QR 7500 salary

The last I had heard, QAR 7500 was required as a basic salary to sponsor the family.
