Reckless Driving

i have read yesterday about this reckless driver who almost caused the life of another driver... this reckless driver has summed over 30,000 Riyals of traffic fines besides he is driving without insurance or valid car registration... Police is trying to catch him... just the idea popped up: the person who reported the incident to the Newspaper can probably post the car details (brand, color and registartion number) on QL, i bet everybody will have these details in their cars dash borad and within no time he will be spotted somewhere in Doha... and you never know you might be saving your wife or your sister or your friend's life...
