but this is a cost of his accommodation. it is not a processing fee. he will need to live somewhere anyway, won't he?

If hotels in qatar are not affordable for him, he can chose other country for tourism. There are hundreds of countries in the world.

While I am back home on vacation, i was going to go to Bahamas with my friends. We checked the prices, and at this time of the year all trip came up to $3000 for 4 nights. Not everybody could afford it, so we ended up going to Florida for $1500 for same 4 nights... what you can do?

Let him go to visit such beautiful interesting countries like Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, etc. They are much cheaper than Qatar, and much more fun...

saeedkan, what university certificate has to do with the visit visa? and if one doesn't have a university certificate, he/she cannot visit other country?

sudh, to visit qatar there are two ways: either through the Hotel, or if you have first degree relatives in qatar, they can try to issue a family visit visa for you.
