Since it wasn't my fault, the policeman asked me to pay 20 Riyals for the report. However, I don't have a credit card, so the Qatari who caused the accident generously also paid the 20 Riyals. For this I got the report to go to the insurance company. It was a 500 Riyals bill for the right tail light of my car.

If your vehicle comprehensively covered by your insurer, then you can claim there but subject submission of police report.

if u r in short of money, do this work b4 u renew ur isthamara. when u go inspection, they will give the report regarding the scratch and all...
with that report, u can go 2 any workshop and get the job done.
and if u do without the legal papers, it may create some problem afterwords.
try 2 do it without any problem.
and i did my bumber painting myself.
and that cost me 20 qr. (only scratch was there.)
