and you said in your country smoking is for 18 and above. if you are qatari you just answered your own question and I am wondering why you were asking.?

what i mean is, 18 years and below is considered minor, it is illegal for minors to smoke..

I do smoke.

But i believe that cigarettes should be categorized as narcotics. Selling and distributing should be banned or restricted to certain places.

This will help people quit smoking.

Once, me smoking at the airport.

A gentleman came & asked me, 'How much do you smoke a day?'

me: Why are you asking such a question?

The gentleman replied,

'If you had collected that money instead of smoking, the plane which is in front of you, would have been yours.....'

and me asked that gentleman, 'Do you smoke?'

Gentleman: No.

me asked him Does that plane belongs to you?

Gentleman: No.

me : Thanks for your kind advice; but that plane is mine! :)
