Spoiled Eggs >>>

Generally when people go out for shopping they make an effort and wish that the shopkeeper doesn’t hand them over any rotten or stale products. Of all the items available in a shop, probably egg is the only product whose outward appearance cannot determine if it is spoiled or not. Egg’s spoiled condition is only known when it is brought home and its sheath is broken down. Only then, we get to know wether the egg is edible or it is spoiled.

Present day mankind’s dealing is just like a spoiled egg. Nowadays whomever we speak to appears to be covered with eloquent conversation and elegant outward appearance, just like the sheath of an egg. Courteous, full of character, fundamentalist, unhappy with the miserable condition of the society, and distressed with the deteriorating ethical conditions. But when one deals in the society, it becomes evident that most of the people are like spoiled eggs. People only prove to be good eggs as long as their affairs fulfill their interest and desires. But as soon as their sheath of ego is struck, interest starts to scatter, and their mansion of desires begins to raze they are no different than that spoiled egg, whose white sheath is when broken, excretes nothing but filth and odour.

People make promises but don’t fulfill them, converse, but not with genuineness, criticize, but not take justice under consideration. They do all these things and along that, proclaim to be knowledgeable, righteous, pious, sincere, and even flatter their chastity. As a matter of fact, these people are spoiled eggs. These spoiled eggs are destroying the legendary traditions of our society. Such people should not be perceived by words, but should be observed through the reflection of their actions.

To give you one example true idea..in the philippine there is what they called "salty egg". The process is, they will put fresh eggs in water with salt for a 15 days. After that boiled the egg, and presto! Salty egg. So within that process egg will absorve salt and water. It is true REzyz, keeping longer time your eggs in your fridge is not advisable, you will notice the egg yoke are not in whole form, or just shake the egg you hear void sounds, meaning no longer fresh. As what blue_rose said they will float on water.

Egg can be spoiled immediately once there is crack on shells, through the hairline cracks many living organism will enter the egg and contaminate, however eventhough no cracks on shells, egg can absorve water or moisture that caused rotting. That is why keeping eggs in your fridge for more than a week is not advisable. So buy eggs for a week consuming only and avoid eggs with cracks on shells.

spoiled or rotten eggs are also lighter than the fresh one.

smell is also one way of knowing if its still fresh or not.

you can distinguish it using some of your senses....

otherwise look for its expiry. :)

when you see some gray spots or small gray cracks the egg should be rotten.

Not true.

Rotten eggs float, good eggs sink :o)
