i suggest dat the nearest person to ur wife is U by urself... so try to find out wat she likes the most. Sumthing dat will make her happy with a BIG smile on her face.

If you are not looking for an expensive gift, you can try to take her to her childhood days and the days that she spent with you...Like you can put efforts to essemble all her childhood photos and make it in a photo album or a frame..Similarly you can do the same for the happy moments that both of you have lived together...I am sure she will like this...

Women always like/love FLOWERS..

Perfumed candles, perfumes of her choice, cosmetics, jewellery(imitation or the real one), candle light dinner, personal grooming products or if she is fond of cooking - you can even gift her cooking appliances...
