My Wife went for a delivery to india(Hyd),now she will be travelling back with my baby who is less than 60 days old ,As my wife holds valid resident permit now my question is will it be a problem at the immigration (Airport) in India as my baby doesnt have a visa ,As i understood from the immigration that less than 60days the infant doesnt need visa, but my only concern is will it be a problem at the Immigration counter in india. If anyone has gone through this procedure please reply me .
Your suggestion is very important for me to make my decision

No problem at all..Just relax...A baby born out of DOHA can enter within 90 days from the date of born..A baby can get the visa on arrival...Do tell your wife to bring birth certificate of your baby alongwith her for processing VISA and PASSPORT at later stage..
