Changing wifes RP to work visa

I am a canadian workinng in Doha since 3 years.
My wife who is alos canadian is under my RP. This year she found a job
and the company is ready to change the RP under thier name.
She is currently outside the country
these are my questions:-
1) what is the benifit of changing RP under my sponsership to the employer's RP
2) If she was to quit her job could I get her back under my RP?
3) I understand that I need to submit a "No objection letter" to immigration. Can immigration refuse to change the RP?
4) will i have to wait until she comes back to Qatar and then transfer the RP or can it be done while she is away and just fax her a copy of the new visa

No...As far as i know, there is no need to exit from the country..
One final question.....
If I was to change the visa to the employer does she need to leave the country and come back ?

there wont be any benifits and personal advice is let her be on ur sponsorship, in future any problem with the company or job u dont have to run around for her RP change
1. No benefits...You will just make your wife to work like a slave for almost half a day...
2. Ifever she will quit her job in future, she would have to take NOC from her employer in order to change her RP to husband...
3. Immigration will never refuse to change the RP if you'l provide NOC papers to them stating that her employer has no obejection if she will get transferred to her husbands..
4. No, it's not possible that way.....
P.S..It would be an advise to you not to transfer her RP to company's...
