If company is doing illegal or unethical, I will NOT be a party to it and will do what i can to get them back on track. Any company cannot survive in isolation, it has to think about the society at large.

But generally, provided I wasn't expected to be a part of any illegal ventures I'd just do my job and go home..That said there are times of course where one may require to be a whistle-blower for the betterment of the company..But each situation will need to be pondered over carefully before any move is made.
depends what it is that they're doing... if not disclosing it means that you may have to take the responsibility if it ever comes out - then I'd say you have no choice... but this is Qatar... think about it twice before you act ;o)

if the whole business involves in illegal dealings, then might as well find another job... otherwise you might end up accessory to the crime.
if just some minor dealings, then let God do the rest...
