Age limit for visit visa for brother, Is it true?
Recently a friend of mine applied for visit visa for his brother but it was rejected by immigration because there is a new rule that for family visit visa for siblings the age of your brother/sister should be below 18 years old. Since his brother's age is more than 18 years old it was rejected. Is this true? Can any one confirm this please because i want apply for my brother's visa.

No, that is not true, I applied for my brother's visit visa last week barely when Ramadan is starting, and he's 32. The application was approved two days after I applied.
I advise you not to listen to anything; just apply for the visa, try your luck as sometimes, it depends on the mood of the immigration officer. If the application is rejected, it means it is not yet the time for you to sponsor your brother.

Regarding the age limit i don't know about that but one thing for sure there very strict for approving for family visit visa for brothers and sister like what Ive experience before it is twice rejected before i got the approval and for your info my sister is 27 when she came here, because everyday there changing there rules or it depends upon the mood of the immigration officer.
