i am workin one of privat company past 3 years. i am change my sponsership 3 year befor this company.. now i like resign this job. coz one of the privat company offering me good salary and facialites. what is the rule.. i ask our company manager for NOC. he will tell me dont resign your job. and he grand me renew my visa. coz my contract finish ago 1 month.. and he will tell me if you want resign this job we will cancel your work visa. and never give you NOC..... dear friends please give me any good idea for me.

This is what you can't expect this in DOHA..One should be on the mercy of its employer to provide NOC if ever he wish to switch from one job to other without getting any ban..

Sad fact...no job transfer possible in Qatar without NOC. Try to convince your boss.
