With Nokia E51- can i use voip to call home country?

I am thinking of buying Nokia E 51. I know its an old phone ( may be launched in 2 years back), but it should suit my requirement if it is a wifi phone with which i can use intervoip for calling.

I need to know few things about it .I want to know how about the music (voice ) quality, anybody using it?Any ideas about price and best places to buy.. should i go to jarir, or check in city centre ??
