Hi,

Visit the govt. portal (hukoomi) website, in the following link, choose replace damaged card. i think the cost is 100 QR - and you can choose the delivery option you prefer

Just visit nearest traffic department (Madinat khalifa or Mamoura), bring your pataka and pay QR 100.They will issue new card within couple of minutes....Cheers!!!
