very simple, go to Dar optics, lulu hypermarket at d ring road & fill up the form, (they will provide u the form) one passport size photo, thats all they will do the eye test & stamp & sign the paper, thats all. charges are nominal 50 riyals to 100 riyals.

yeah but one more thing when u go for eye test remind them to put and double check each date cos when there was my drning test the date was not there ( i got eye test from al dar optics at lulu) and then i got next week of test :P which wasted my time

Go to Traffic department in Madinat khalifa and go to the First floor there and they will do the eye test for the driving..

Or otherwise go to National area (Muderib) and you can find notices reg the Eye test for Driving.

Cost QR 30/-

Preferably try for the first one......

Al Dar Optics at al nasser street, lulu airport and gharaffa branch.they do eye test for driving test..done it in nasser branch last year..can't remember the exact amount..

I did mine in an optometrist (Glasses store) a couple of years back. Paid a couple of riyals and they signed it for me. Didn't know you had to go to a hospital.
