Ipad.Dead//////??????

Iv got my Ipad Wifi +3g 64gb fro Apple Store Short Hill, USA last 20 July 2010.
Yesterday, 10 September when i tried to use it,
it wont switch on...
.
I thought the battery was fully drained, but when attached, it didnt charge at all.
The charger works well with my iphone but not my Ipad..
/
I never abused my Ipad, as i only used it as substitute when im tired of my imac and i wanna read while laying on my bed.
.
Is my Ipad dead.....?
.
Help..

.Eatch, i know,, but the ipad charger can charge an iphone..that's how i know that my ipad charger has no deffect.
