Need some suggestions! Any place where our group, friends can have a dinner or so we say sit down and listen to live soft music during weekends? We 'been to some hotels, venues, restos, bistro anyhow but we need new places where we can relax and enjoy the night with nice soft live music while having a conversation after a week of tiring office works. Any suggestions Guys?
Tell me where you will be dining. For a small fee and free meal, I can bring along my castanets and serenade you..

Hi beth! Thanx for visiting that place. As far as I know FCC is not officially opened, truth of the matter is that what you have seen and observed are just a dry run activities. The acoustic groups who perform there are doing it, helping it promote the venue. Correct! There are so many bands around the corner. The venue/Bistro is open to everybody - so maybe once the Bistro will be officially opened, there will be more presentations not only bands but Art projects as well. Dont worry beth, Your husbands favorite band/s ( Whats the group names please) will soon perform in there! About GEMGEM, Its good to help and feel free to ask when you visit Bistro about her. Hope to see u there, please feel free to visit FCC BISTRO, its our place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You can pm me if your group will drop by Bistro, Im willing to introduce you to the FCC family.
We were there last time, actually a group of us visited that place twice, since it is a Filipino Cultural place. But we found out that the same scenario of group music line up, same faces. No offense, my husband knows a lot of filipino bands here by names and he was insisting to just sit down and wait for some other bands to perform. But he was sad to know that not even the names of those bands he knows are in the lists of upcoming performers, maybe not now, maybe next month, maybe soon. Sad to know.
Maybe next time we will drop by again. And one more thing, are those shows intended for JEMJEM (Charity, very good) but they should have introduce or even give some brief intoduction who is JEMJEM by the way, so that we can at least spread the news to some other colleagues for more helping project. Dont get me wrong please.
That Cultural project is very good but we hope it will be going to the right direction the way it should be.
Beth TRY to visit FCC during thursday night, They have couples of live acoustic bands performing during this night. You can check some schedule of the events in Filipino group. Feel free!

movenpik hotel near the corniche has a nice mellow lounge kinda place with a piano player....so itll serve the purpose.
