Hi,

Just looking for a little advice on buying a used car privately in qatar!

I was looking to buy a car for cash from a private seller and just wondered if its difficult to re-regester the car in my name?

Also i wondered how to prove the seller is indeed the owner and has the right to sell, and if they do and it turns out that finance is still owed on the vehicle would i be resposible for the payements as the new owner?!

hi lovely QATAR

when u register the car in the traffic office ,the SELLER and BUYER must be in front of the traffic officer. for u as the buyer u must have a paper from your sponser with no obligation .
