Interview at Al Shaya International
I have an inteview at Alshaya International for H&M department manger and for DEAN & DELUCA Store manager,
so People please help.

I was once interviewed by Al Shaya not so long back, They just asked me how much salary will make you move. That's all. Rest of the time he spent in explaining about Al Shaya.
It will be the usual patronising questions taken from so called experts on the web. Here are some -
1) Why do you want to work for us
2) Why should we pick you
3) Describe one thing that you did successfully
4) Describe one thing you did at work which was not successful
5) Why did you leave your last job
Of course at the end of it they will be no closer to knowing if you are suitable for the position or not.
anyone knows the salary in al shaya for salesman/saleslady?
to do it myself and not leave it to strangers online, especially something as important as a job. But you might fit right into those places based on what I have seen of their management.
i m doing it, but second opinion is always helpful right....
instead of asking from people in a virtual world.
