Where is the location of the medical exam for RP?

I have been there a few times, but cannot remember where it is. I have to take my wife there for her RP, but can't seem to google anything that will bring it up on the map. All Help is appreciated.

Its located at Abu hamour road going to Industrial area.(from Doha > Muntaza > Nuaija > Woqod petrol stn.

just opposite Woqod petrol station/Depot.
