there are many agents doing it. just search in ql, u will find many threads on this subject. but my advice is unless otherwise u don't want to leave ur 'beloved' car in the uae, don't venture for it due to many reasons. there would be many unexpected hurdles to cross which eventually end up in loss if ur objective is to save money.

Qatarie surely can and I think u can too. u just need to get export permit from uae and then pay custom charge and then get qatari plate for it.
