I doubt. My knowledge is that the applicant for Hajj should have been in Qatar for minimum 3 years on RP before applying. Please check.

I think so Hajj and Umra policies are different with each other..

as per my info, somone came in 6 months visit [family visit visa] can go for Hajj frm here
