it's how you use it and maintain it. Even if you buy a TANK, if you have no discipline in using and maintaining it, it will end up as scrap not only crap! Lol!

Please avoid buying cross engine (FWD) SUVs in this weather conditions... e.g (Sportage, Tuscon, CRV)

Else you have to be very careful with the Boot n Grease.

Slightly used Pajero 08 (3.8) or Prado 07 (4.0) or Fortuner 09 (4.0).

Best what that money can buy.

Good Luck

Honda CRV

- Low Maintenance

- Excellent finishes

- Excellent After sales service

- High re-sale value

- Good options

- Comfortable

- Trade in options at the dealer

Well above the other cars referred. optionally, you may go for Nissan X-Terra instead of X-Trail. But finishes are very cheap looking.

Baldrick and his justification is also valid, so go for Nissan or Toyoto but above x-trail

Naff = crap. I was trying to be polite!

They are cheap tinny boxes on wheels. Ask yourself, Why do you want a 4x4? They are all pretty useless off road, low resale value, expensive to maintain. As above, buy Toyota, of Nissan, but ABOVE xTrail level.
