Don't Worry, you can visit the Medical Commission and try to see Head of the centre, he use to sit daily from 8 to 11 am, and ask for your problem.

They will test the blood again and u could give the result within 72 hours.

If you got result before expiry of your visa, you can get extension even on last date of visa without any fine otherwise QR 200 per day will be charged.

If my wife have to undergo blood test again, I assume it will take another 3-4 days for result to come. Their visa is getting expired on 19th of Oct. In that case whether they have to leave the country or can stay will medical result comes. If they stay even after visa vaility period whether there will be any fine.
